TRAVELLING BY CAR:
You arrive via the E17 motorway either from the direction of Ghent [Gent] or Antwerp [Antwerpen] -
you take exit nr. 15. - direction "Sint Niklaas Centrum"
Now you will have arrived on the N16 still heading in the direction of Sint Niklaas-Centrum
After a while the road will split in two. The left lane will lead through a tunnel.
You don't follow this lane. You remain on the right lane and above the ground.
You'll get to a roundabout - here you turn to the right: direction Beveren (N70) (this wide street is apart from N70 also called successively Koningin Astridlaan and Prins Boudewijnlaan).
Follow this road until on your right-hand side you see successively a Shell filling station and a firm called Unigro. Immediately after this you turn to the right and leave the N70 by a slipway At the end of the slipway that will lead you under the flyover - now following the direction Centrum Noord / Station. Keep right and you will arrive at the Singel.
Follow this Singel.
At the first traffic lights (at a 1st flyover at your right-hand side) drive straight on.
At the second traffic lights - after a large bend in the road - turn right under the (2nd) flyover.
Immediately after this flyover make a sharp turn left.
You are now in the Slachthuisstraat and you will shortly see the large red building of the Bau-huis in front of you.
In case of losing one's way it is good to know that "Siniscoop" is on the signposts throughout Sint Niklaas. And “Siniscoop” is very near the Bau-huis only on the other side of the railway, as is the Station (see also below)

The “Bau-huis” is situated right behind Sint Niklaas-railwaystation. You leave the station by the rear exit (”Noordlaan”) and turn to the right in the Noordlaan. Walk straight ahead and you will soon see the large red building oh the Bau-huis in front of you. It is altogether a walk of only 450 meters.
